Noam has co-founded Deltathree inc. (NASDAQ: DDDC), a leading international VoIP service provider, where he has served for the past 10 years in a variety of executive positions including as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and VP of Operations. Noam holds an M.P.A. from Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University.
Professor Yechiam Yemini (YY) - Founder and Chief Scientific Adviser
YY is Professor of Computer Science at Columbia University. He has co-founded several highly successful companies - most notably Comverse, an S&P 500 and NASDAQ -100 company, and System Management Arts (SMARTS) acquired by EMC in 2005.
Nir Michalowitz - Founder and CTO
Nir held key senior management positions at Microsoft Israel R&D for 12 years including Product Unit Manager (PUM) for the Internet Security Acceleration (ISA) Server. As PUM, Nir managed a large team of engineers and was responsible for the strategy, definition, design and implementation of numerous products. Prior to Microsoft Israel, he worked at Bar-Code Computers Ltd. where he designed a number of cutting-edge technological tools and developed revolutionary strategies to market them. Before working at Bar-Code Computers Ltd. Nir served as an officer in the IDF’s (Israel Defense Force) elite computer unit.
Sivan Tafla - VP Ad Strategy & Products
Sivan has founded Ad4ever Inc. in 1999, a cutting edge rich media advertising technology provider, and served as its CEO till 2004, when it was acquired by aQuantive Inc (AQNT). Among Ad4ever clients were Fortune 500 and other leading companies.
Prior to founding Ad4ever, Sivan co-founded and served as CEO of AdnSee, an interactive agency, and prior to that position she worked as a Senior Analyst at Sigma P.C.M an investment banking company. Sivan holds an MBA with honors from the University of Manchester.
Olivier Attali - VP Business Development
Olivier served as Deputy General Manager and was responsible for strategic, business & organizational activities in the Broadband Access division of ECI Telecom Ltd (NASDAQ: ECIL). He is responsible for bringing one of ECI's most strategic European customers, with overall sales of over $500M. Prior to ECI, Olivier held several senior positions in Axis Mobile (LSE: AXIS.L) and Siemens France (NYSE: SI). Olivier brings with him more than 10 years of international experience in the field of telecommunications in sales & marketing, business development, strategy and management positions. Olivier holds an M.Sc in Electronics from Paris VI University.
Linor Tal Levav – VP Content Strategy & Acquisition
Linor was most recently VP Content Strategy & Acquisition at Joost, where she was responsible for all of the major media partnerships in the United States and managed the east coast team. Prior to Joost, Linor spent the majority of her career in business affairs and business development roles in the media and entertainment industry, both in a few start-ups as well as AOL Time Warner. Linor began her career as an attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP and developed her taste for business as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Linor holds a JD from Harvard Law School, and a BA and MIA from Columbia University.
Gai Berkovitch – VP Research & Development
Gai has served as VP R&D at Verint Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: VRNT), managing over 200 developers, system architects, group leaders and QA managers. As VP R&D, Gai was responsible for on-site implementation. Prior to this, he held a number of senior management positions at Verint. He has over 14 years experience in R&D and operational management. Gai holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the Technion as well as an MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzlia.
Shirley Grill-Rachman - VP Finance
Shirley was part of the founding group of Atidim, one of Israel primary NPO's dedicated to education and human infrastructure and as VP held a leading role in developing the program. She has a diverse legal background and held a variety of positions, among them Professional Assistant to the Attorney General of Israel. Shirley holds an MBA from INSEAD and a LLB and LLM from Tel-Aviv University and the Hebrew University Law Schools.
Avital Yaaran – VP Human Resources
Avital served as VP of Human Resources at superDimension, a global company in the medical field. Prior to superDimension, Avital worked for Orbotech - a leading Israeli High Tech Global Company, holding various positions in the HR Department, including a dual role of Organizational Development and Training Manager in HR Headquarters and Divisional HR Manager. Avital holds a BA in Psychology and Education from Haifa University.
